Have you seen Richard Florida&#039;s thoughts from his books, the most famous, &lt;a&gt;The Rise of the Creative Class&lt;/a&gt; and his &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.creativeclass.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;blog&lt;/a&gt;?  Both great stuff to think about.  Brings Porter&#039;s 5 forces into a nice light.
